Refund & Return Policy Effective Date: July 8, 2026 At AUJ Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below. 1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS We accept returns or exchanges if: The item received is damaged or defective. The wrong item or incorrect size was delivered. The product has a manufacturing defect. To be eligible for a return or exchange: The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be attached. Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided. 2. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: Items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Products without original tags or packaging. Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. 3. EXCHANGES If you receive an incorrect size or a defective product, we will arrange an exchange, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you may choose: Store credit (if offered), or A refund, where applicable. 4. REFUNDS Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method. Please allow 7–10 business days for approved refunds to be processed. 5. RETURN SHIPPING If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong, damaged, or defective item), AUJ Clothing will bear the reasonable return shipping costs. If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. 6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us process your request quickly, please include: Your order number. Clear photographs of the item. Photographs of the packaging (if applicable). A brief description of the issue. 7. ORDER CANCELLATION Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order if it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy. 8. NON-DELIVERY If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, our customer support team will contact you to arrange redelivery where possible.
